Customer & Media Reviews

The Center Cafe...was a totally unexpected treat to the palate of a jaded traveller, with its unpretentious elegance, sophisticated menu, and at least 20 different wines available by the glass.

Ghost Rider: Travels on the Healing Road

There are restaurants that are more than places to sit down and eat. They are centers for gathering and celebration where you meet your friends and neighbors. They are the places where memories are built. There is such a special restaurant in Moab. It’s called the Center Café.  More of article

Not really a cafe at all, this fine small restaurant, with white tablecloths, black chairs, and a bright, contemporary look, is the place to come for innovative game, pasta, and vegetarian selections. The menu changes seasonally, but might include pan-seared lamb loin with roasted garlic flan; portobello mushroom lasagna layered with rosemary, polenta, eggplant, and feta; or grilled black Angus beef tenderloin with soft polenta, caramelized onion, and gorgonzola. Full liquor service is available.

Moab is one of the few places I know where you can spend the day riding some of the best off-road trails on the planet and the night eating a five-star meal. One of the finest local eateries is the Center Cafe, a delightful little restaurant that features such dishes as Maine Lump Meat Crab Cakes and Grilled Black Angus Tenderloin.

A lovely restaurant with a romantic feel, without all the pretension and stuffiness.
