Center Cafe

Eat Well. Have Fun.

Experience Moab's Finest--The Center Café

Open at 4 p.m. each day

Serving a globally inspired menu, The Center Café has built a reputation on outstanding service with innovative and classically prepared menu items. We use the freshest locally grown organic produce in season, dry aged beef, and fresh seafood flown in from both coasts and the gulf. Our menu is always changing and evolving to accommodate seasonal foods and the chefs' inspirations.

Located in the heart of Utah's desert adventureland, The Center Cafe is a welcome respite after a day of biking, hiking, rafting, kayaking, jeeping, golfing, or however you spend your time when you're in town. It's a place to celebrate life with great food and friends in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere.

The Cafe's chefs and owners, Paul & Zee McCarroll, are Honors Graduates of the Western Culinary Institute. In addition to running The Center Cafe for more than 10 years, they've taken many opportunities to work with other chefs around the country, continuing their education to ensure they stay at the top of their game. And the reviews speak for themselves.

Enjoy our beautiful dining room or secluded courtyard--whether it's for a glass of wine or for a delightful dinner, you'll leave happy.
